Our event packages provide you with all the essentials to make your event extraordinary. From luxury décor and catering to sound and lighting equipment, our packages are designed to make sure every detail is taken care of so you can
focus on enjoying your event. Our packages are customizable and offer a range of options to
choose from, so you can create the perfect event experience.

WEDDINGS
The packages below have been designed based on successful weddings held at Arizona Broadway Theatre. These packages utilize the most popular components of a great wedding including decoration, set up, food, beverages and professionals to service the event. These packages
are suggestions and can be changed as necessary but provide an excellent platform
to begin designing your special day.

STANDARD
WEDDING CEREMONY & RECEPTION PACKAGE
Includes the following:
Wedding Ceremony
During the wedding ceremony the Encore room is set with rows of chairs, stage with backdrop and theatrical lights.
For the bridal party we offer a dressing room to prepare. For the Groom and companions, we offer bar service and space to relax in the lobby. Our staff are on hand to assist attendees plus our team will guide you through your special day.

Reception Venue featuring wood floor, stage and dance floor
For the wedding reception, the Encore room is set with large round tables surrounding the dance floor with beautiful soft lighting. The Bride and Groom sit at a sweetheart table on stage facing the guests. The tables are set with table linens, folded napkins, glassware, silverware and centerpieces. Service staff are on hand to take care of the guests throughout the reception.

Buffet Dinner
Dinner is served on a buffet so guests can help themselves to the items they prefer. We have a variety of themed buffets
to choose from including Italian, BBQ, Southwest. Custom menus are also available and allergies are accommodated.

Beverage Station
Guests help themselves to soft beverages
throughout the reception with unlimited refills.
​
Bar Service
Bar service is available in the lobby for cash purchases for both the ceremony and reception. Bar packages are
available in a variety of formats
Wedding Cake Table & Cutting Service
We provide a fully decorated cake table with special linens and centerpiece. Service includes cutting the cake
with distribution to guests

Professional Services:
We have a list of tried and trusted service professionals on hand to service your event including DJ’s, photographer, wedding officiant videographer and photo booth.
The standard package includes a
DJ and photographer.

5 Hour Facility Rental
Plus one complimentary hour for set up.

PREMIUM
WEDDING CEREMONY & RECEPTION PACKAGE

Decorative Wedding Arch
Choose from a variety of drapes, light and flower options to create the ceremony backdrop of your choice.

Hosted Bar and Appetizers During Cocktail Hour
In between the ceremony and reception, guests congregate in the lobby for a cocktail hour. During this time cocktails can be hosted at the bar. Additionally, appetizers can be provided for your guests.

Broadway Buffet
The Broadway buffet is our most luxurious food offering featuring beef tenderloin medallions as one of the entrees.
​
Upgraded Linens
We offer an array of beautiful linens to add a luxurious look and feel to the reception venue. These include floor length tablecloths, table toppers and chair covers with sashes.
This package includes chair covers.
Upgraded Centerpieces
A variety of centerpieces are available to dramatically improve the look of each table. This package features lighted globe centers.

Bistro Lights
For the classic wedding theme, bistro lights are suspended over the Encore room.

Colored Up Lights
Up lights placed around the room to
paint the room with color.

Soda Bar
Decorative soda bar manned with a staff member to serve attendees soft beverages. Products include Coke, Diet

Our event venue specializes in private parties of all kinds. We offer a range of services including full catering, decor, audio and visual equipment, and entertainment. We host
a variety of events including birthdays, graduations, proms, celebrations of life and reunions to name just a few. We will work with you to create a unique and memorable experience
that your guests will love. Here are some suggestions we find work well

Our event venue is the perfect choice for corporate events. Our lobby is spacious enough to accommodate vendors, and our Encore Room is equipped with high-end audio-visual
equipment, perfect for presentations. We also have a theatre that can accommodate
larger daytime presentations. To top it off, we offer a wide selection of food and
